This policy explains what information the Tisaxx website (tisaxx.com) collects, why, and how it is handled. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
Information you provide
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, subject and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Contact form submissions are stored in our database and forwarded to [email protected] by email. We also send an automatic confirmation to the email address you enter (at most three per address per day); it contains a reference number but none of the text you wrote. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.
Website analytics
We measure website traffic with our own first-party, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
For each page view we record the page path, the referring website’s domain name (if any), a general device type (desktop, mobile or tablet) and the browser family. We do not store your IP address or full browser user-agent.
To estimate the number of unique visitors, we combine your IP address and browser user-agent with a random value that changes every day, and store only a one-way hash of the result. The daily random value is deleted after two days, so visits cannot be linked across days or traced back to you.
Because of this design, “unique visitors” is an estimate, not an exact count of people. A person who visits on several days is counted once per day.
Requests from known bots and crawlers, and visits by our own staff to the administration area, are excluded. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no analytics event is recorded.
Our application and security logs record only a shortened IP address (for example 203.0.113.0 instead of the full address). Our reverse proxy keeps standard access logs, which include full IP addresses, for up to 14 days for security and troubleshooting; they are then deleted automatically.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected against automated spam by a hidden form field, limits on how often messages can be sent and detection of repeated identical messages. These checks use no cookies or tracking.
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare’s network, which may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) to provide security and performance.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not set cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it; it never leaves your device.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain business records. Individual analytics events are deleted after 90 days; only aggregated, anonymous daily statistics are kept after that.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent through the contact form by emailing [email protected].
